ABOUT NEXVEL

Nexvel Solutions is a growing digital marketing agency helping local businesses strengthen their brands, reach more customers, and generate measurable growth. Our work spans AI led websites, SEO, paid advertising, social media, content, email marketing, and reputation management.

We are looking for a highly organized Marketing Coordinator to help keep client work, internal teams, and deadlines moving forward.

THE ROLE

The Marketing Coordinator will serve as the organizational link between our clients and internal marketing specialists. This is an early-career opportunity for someone with approximately 1–3 years of professional experience who has already gained some exposure to advertising, marketing, or agency work.

This person will coordinate projects, organize meetings, track deliverables, prepare client communications, and follow up with team members to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

This is not a senior account-management or marketing-strategy position. It is a hands-on coordination role for someone who is proactive, polished, exceptionally organized, and ready to grow within an agency.

LOGISTICS

• Full-time position - Account Manager
• In-office at our Elkins Park, PA location to start, with hybrid flexibility as you ramp up and get comfortable in the role
• Local travel required for client meetings across the Greater Philadelphia area
• Reports to the two agency partners

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Coordinate marketing projects across SEO, paid media, social media, content, email, website, and creative teams
• Able to manage up, follow through, and keep specialists on track through clear, respectful follow-up
• Prepare meeting agendas, notes, action items, and follow-up communications
• Schedule and help facilitate internal and client meetings
• Draft clear, professional client emails and status updates
• Collect information, approvals, assets, and feedback from clients
• Organize client requests and translate them into clear internal tasks
• Support onboarding for new clients
• Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with the request
• Update project-management systems and maintain organized client records
• Help prepare recurring reports and client-facing presentations
• Identify missing information, delayed approvals, and potential schedule conflicts
• Escalate issues appropriately before they affect deadlines or client relationships
• Use AI and productivity tools to improve efficiency, documentation, and communication

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Approximately 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, communications, project coordination, or a related field
• Some experience working at an advertising or marketing agency strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or a related field preferred
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong written communication and professional email skills
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
• Comfortable communicating with both clients and internal specialists
• Able to manage up, follow through, and respectfully hold others accountable
• Comfortable receiving feedback and adjusting priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Working knowledge of digital marketing channels
• Experience with project-management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, ClickUp, or similar tools is helpful

• Tasks, deadlines, and next steps are consistently documented

• Team members understand what they owe and when it is due
• Clients receive timely, polished, and accurate communication
• Meetings result in clear decisions and assigned action items
• Potential delays are identified and escalated early
• Client work moves through the agency with fewer dropped balls
• Leadership spends less time tracking down routine project updates

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE - MARKETING COORDINATOR

You may be in your second professional role and ready to take on more responsibility. You have enough marketing or agency exposure to understand how client work moves from request to execution, but you are still building your career.

You are naturally organized, comfortable following up with people, and not intimidated by competing deadlines. You take ownership, communicate clearly, and notice details other people miss. You do not need to be the expert in every marketing channel but you need to be excellent at helping experts work together.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base salary: $47,000–$52,000 annually, based on experience
