About the role We are a beauty salon looking for a passionate and driven Nail Technician / Beautician to join our team. Key responsibilities Perform manicures, pedicures, normal polish, gel and extension application, and nail art with precision and hygiene standards Carry out beauty treatments Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable services Maintain a clean, sanitized, and well-organized workstation in line with health and safety standards Build rapport with clients Stay updated on the latest nail and beauty trends, techniques, and products Manage appointment scheduling and time efficiently to minimize client wait times Handle retail recommendations where applicable About you: Punctual, reliable, and disciplined in daily work routines Professional presentation and client-facing manner at all times Ability to work well within a team and support colleagues during busy periods Open to feedback and coaching from colleagues Willingness to work weekends and public holidays as required by salon operating hours 1–2 years of experience in a beauty-related establishment (nail salon, spa, or beauty center) preferred Relevant certification in nail technology or beauty therapy is a plus Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Good communication skills and customer service experience is a plus Genuine passion for the beauty industry and eagerness to learn new techniques Benefits Ongoing training and skill development opportunities Supportive and collaborative team environment Bonus for targets achieved #J-18808-Ljbffr
