Job Description
Job Summary (ServiceNow and Power BI Reporting Analyst):
- Design, develop, and automate enterprise reporting solutions for IT Operations, Engineering, Security, and Service Management.
- Build and maintain ServiceNow reports, dashboards, Performance Analytics, and data extracts.
- Develop Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and executive-level reporting solutions using various enterprise data sources.
- Create and implement KPIs, metrics, data models, and visualizations to deliver actionable operational insights.
- Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for service improvement.
- Identify and implement opportunities for reporting efficiency through automation, scripting, APIs, workflows, and integrations.
- Automate recurring reporting tasks including data collection, validation, report generation, and distribution.
- Develop automated reporting solutions using Power Automate, PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, and other workflow automation tools.
- Collaborate with Engineering, IT Operations, Security, Service Management, and leadership teams to define and translate business requirements into measurable reporting solutions.
- Support service management reporting and endpoint management environments, particularly with Omnissa Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune.
- Provide macOS support and troubleshooting related to reporting and endpoint management.
